Construction Update

We had another great workday at the campground on Saturday.  All of the drywall in the dining hall has been installed with remainder of the ceiling being completed and some odds and ends that needed hung being completed.  The ceiling in the women's bathroom was installed as well as wall drywall hung in the office.  Everyone worked so hard we did not even stop for lunch.  Thanks to everyone who helped, God Bless each of you.

New West Shower House started!!

The footer for the new showerhouse to be located on the west side of the campground was poured late Friday evening, with completion coming after dark. Thanks to the crew, Don Donovan, Peter Donovan, Bob DeCamp, and Dan Baty who go the job done after working all day on their regular jobs. Thanks to the concrete truck drivers who worked late on a Friday evening to get the job done. Thanks and God Bless Each of YOu!! The next step will be getting the foundation block lain up, then install all the drains, fill with sand and pour the floor. If anyone would like to help with any phase of the project, let us know.

Exhaust hood has arrived

After an afternoon of work, the exhaust hood that the campground purchased was lowered from the ceiling of the former Brazil Legion, moved outside without a great deal of trouble and a lot of brut force, loaded into a trailer and moved to the campground where it awaits a lot of degreaser and power washing. Once it is cleaned, we will then start the process of getting it installed. We also moved a small comercial refrigerator that we purchased which will allow us to only have to use our large one when we have very large groups. Thanks to all who helped, God Bless each of you.
As we host youth camps thoughout the summer, be in prayer that the kids will have a safe and enjoyable time, but also come to understand God's great love for them.  Our youth of today can always use prayer.
